I have received a lot of emails recently from people wanting to know if I felt differently now about sex since I am sober. That is a great question. I understand that a large part of the gay community is very caught up in the delusion that alcohol/drug-driven sex is somehow better. I realize that there is an intensity to fucking while under the influence that makes the sex seem better. Maybe more primal. It's like riding a really great roller coaster. But here is the thing for me. Sex is what you make of it. It can be slow and sensual or rough and raunchy. It can still be the roller coaster without the alcohol and/or drugs! I love sex so much more now that I am clean and sober. Any kind of controlled substance used to make you feel a certain way is on a certain level, contrived-artificial.
We all have the ability to take whatever we feel inspired by and create it naturally through sex. If you believe that you need to take something OUTSIDE of yourself to create something INSIDE of yourself you are living in the great delusion. Depriving yourself of your own sexual power and capabilities.
Don't be afraid to express yourself sexually! Pissing, fucking, dominance, fisting, kissing, sucking, rimming, etc, etc can all be enjoyed equally whilst sober. Trust me. I would know!!!
